Lila Taylor is a psychotherapist and spiritual counselor. She has a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University. She is an Ordained Interfaith Minister, graduate of the New Seminary in New York.
She currently has a private practice in Connecticut. Her sessions provide unique ways for people to feel empowered at an essential level, deeply heal, and to cultivate their own unique expression. Lila also conducts seminars locally and nationally in the area of personal and spiritual growth.
Lila dedicates her work to awakening consciousness. She began responding to the call of her spirit in 1970, which led her to California and ultimately on many journeys to India, where she has had remarkable spiritual experiences. She has spent over 35 years practicing meditation and other spiritual disciplines.
Lila's work is a unique holistic blending of many avenues of traditional and alternative psychotherapeutic approaches to healing. She skillfully integrates methods from Western Humanistic Psychology, Systemic Family Therapies, Eastern Meditation Traditions and Spiritual Inner Work.
