I draw from such approaches as: psychodynamic, transpersonal, cognitive, somatic and eye movement therapies, hypnosis, energy healing, dream work, guided imagery, inner child work, symbols, archetypal re-patterning, meditation, the work of Phyllis Krystal "Cutting the Ties That Bind", Internal Family Systems, and "The Work" of Byron Katie.
